Rosa realized her true passion was cooking and instantly knew that sharing her love of cooking was her destiny. She started cooking in the kitchen with her grandmother as a child and has since then passed on her tradition. Her parents, brothers, cousins, and friends assist her in every avenue of her kitchen. They started serving their local community with lunch and dinner platters from her personal kitchen and realized that they wanted to share Rosa’s gift with the rest of the world.
